Estaminé Restaurant is a much loved stop and even destination for our day charters in the Algarve, offering a five star experience on all levels. Firstly we must mention the location which is unique: sitting on Ilha Deserta, Estaminé is the only building on the island. There are no roads, cars or other signs of humanity except for the restaurant itself which is just back 50metres from the oceans edge at the entrance of the Ria Formosa Natural Park.

Let's not forget that Estaminé is a restaurant, and its reputation has been built over years by the quality of its food and service quality. It's almost as though the fishermen stop off on their way back with their nets full and deliver their catch straight to the plate, which is exactly what happens in fact.
